SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
Thursday, February 25:
Registration will be at René Restaurant in Sedona followed by a sit down dinner.
Friday February 26:
Our first day will take us north to Flagstaff via scenic Oak Creek Canyon to “ Cinder Lake Off-Road Recreation Area” for fun and games!! This area is popular in the Summer with sand rail, quads and the rest of the off-road crowd. There are massive cinder hills to climb and wide open area to practice your skills, this area can have a lot of snow in the Winter !!
Saturday, February 27:
Our second day of adventure will tour many of the rugged and scenic trails in and around Stoneman Lake to the Western town of Mormon lake. All these Forest Service trails should have a lot of snow!! We will return to Sedona and have dinner.
Sunday, February 28:
This is an optional day for folks who want to explore the trails surrounding Sedona or visit the nearby mining town of Jerome, now an artist enclave overlooking the surrounding valleys.
REGISTRATION:
Fill out the registration form (click here: snow-run-registration) and return as directed with payment.
Registration must be received on or before February 10, 2010. Payment must be included with registration.
Event fees:
$150.00 per adult and $110.00 per child aged 4 through 11. Children under 4 may attend without charge.
Event fees cover receptions, dinners, polo shirt, awards, permit fees where applicable.
Cancellations:
Full refunds will be given if notice is received by February 10, 2010. No refund will be given after February 10, 2010
Notes:
Only HUMMER vehicles will be allowed on the trail rides and related activities.
HOTELS:
Sedona Real will be our headquarters for the event, mention Hummer for a rate of $95.00 for a standard room or $105.00 for a suite with fire place, prices include hot breakfast. Their number is 928-282-1414
